Terms of Service

All LILI T. goods are handmade in 29 Palms, California.

Some of my goods are made to order which can result in a shipping period of up to two weeks. If I have your desired product in store it will ship within two days. Please contact me with any questions or wishes in this regard: LiliTCali@gmail.com. I’ll try to accommodate you as best I can.

I want you to be totally happy with your LILI T. purchase. Because I set high quality standards I guarantee repairs for all LILI T. goods that have been damaged under normal wear and tear.

As soon as you place your order online you’ll receive a confirmation by email. When your oder ships you will receive your shipping confirmation and your UPS tracking number.

You can also order by phone. Please call (424) 228 2245 during business hours 9 to 6 PST/ 7 days a week.

LILI T. charges sales tax for customers in California.

We ship with UPS or USPS. The shipping charges will be determined at checkout.

We ship internationally. Please send an email to LiliTCa li@gmail.com with any questions in this regard. We ship internationally by either UPS or USPS depending on the lower cost shipping availability for your particular country. We are not responsible for possible customs fees.

In case you're not happy with your purchase, please let me know and I’ll try to make it right. Send an email to LiliTCali@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason why you would like to either exchange your product or get a refund. I’ll then send you an exchange authorization. Returns have to be prepaid by you and postmarked no later than 2 weeks after you originally received the order. Of course your returned goods have to be in their original condition and packaging otherwise we cannot accept them. As we can’ be responsible for lost returns, please insure and/or make your shipment via a trackable method.
